Can't Receive Bank Activation Payment from PayPal

I tried connecting my GBP To PayPal, PayPal said they will send a small amount of money into my account and I will get a Code from it to Activate my Bank on PayPal. I have been waiting but I have not seen it.
I reached out to my bank and they confirmed that there was money sent to my account from PayPal.. 

What Can I do as I really Need to link my Bank Account to PayPal.
