that' s interesting, since i am using my same old windows pc and keep getting login blockage too. Only recently. This windows pc and firefox browser is all i have ever used in the past 8 or so years on paypal. They want to do a " quick security check" but the only means is a text. I don't have a cell phone, only a land line. So i can't receive a text. Therefore it's impossible .
This is beyond idiotic and incompetence on the part of those designing this site and security. You would think they are a child who never heard of land lines. And think for some super stupid reason, that everyone has mobile phones. They should not let the poorly informed, unaware, immature people make such big decisions about logins. this is an unbelievably stupid, unforgivable, outrageous, troublesome offense against long term, good users.
in fact they also have my home phone listed as a mobile. i tried to take that of f but it's impossible.
