Hi all,
My business PayPal account was limited back in December 2022. It has now past 180 days and was told my a PayPal agent I can withdraw funds ( I never received the email)
My funds are in USD and in order to withdraw to my UK bacnk account I need to convert into GBP but everytime I try to convert the USD to GBP I get an error saying - we're sorry that action isn't available right now.
I spoke to an agent the other day who said he didn't know why it was saying that and that I am allowed to withdraw but I still haven't heard back fro PayPal.
When I send a message I just get a copy and paste message back about account limitations.
I'm running out of ideas of what to do.
