Can I use perosnal payPal account for woo commerce for online payment?

I have recently established an online course platform as an individual and am interested in integrating PayPal as my payment gateway. However, when I attempted to sign up for a business account, I was prompted to provide a business registration number, which I do not currently have.

At this stage, I would prefer to operate as an individual and transition to a business account in the future once the platform has achieved sufficient success. Could you please advise on how I can proceed with using PayPal for my online courses without a business registration at this time?

I would appreciate your guidance on the best way to integrate PayPal with my platform under these circumstances, while minimizing any potential risks.

I do understand that you want to close your PayPal accounts. We recommend a personal account for casual sellers who want to get paid online but also make online purchase. I recommend you to check the help centre article difference between Personal and Business accounts for more information.
