Paypal asks for american bank account but i am from europe ? I cant get payment on my paypal still. I did 4/5 verification.

The U.S bank account option shows because in most countries you can add a U.S bank account (not card) to a Paypal account. This is because Paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for U.S citizens working in other countries.
