Hi, I have 2 emails: quy*****@gmail.com and qcry******@gmail.com. I previously registered a personal account for gmail: quy*****@gmail.com. Then recently I opened business account use gmail: qcry******@gmail.com. And yesterday I received a notice that I need to verify my account quy*****@gmail.com to avoid account limitation. But the problem is paypal has merged my 2 emails into a business account, and requires business verification for the account I registered personally. How to solve it? I want to use 2 independent accounts. qcry******@gmail.com for my business, and quy*****@gmail.com for me personally

Hi @UniqMeck,

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

It is perfectly fine to have one PayPla account for personal use and another for business. You can only have one PayPal account per email address. It is not possible to merge PayPal accounts. If you have opened two separate accounts, then your two accounts would still remain.

Based on what you have explained, it sounds like we are requesting you to confirm your identity on your personal account. Account verification is required for all PayPal accounts, and you would be prompted to complete the verification at some stage for both your accounts.

To confirm your identity, simply click here and login to your personal account. There you will be able to complete any necessary steps. When it is required to verify your business account, you will be notified via your PayPal account or email address.

I hope this helps!
