Accessing account

My telephone number has changed. The Paypay site needs me to verify myself via my telephone number. I cannot find any way to access my account without receiving a text or message to my expired telephone number. I did find advice on the Paypal site suggesting I change it by changing my password, however that required verification by the expired telephone number. Any advice?

I do understand that you are unable to access your PayPal account. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our customer support team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
