wrong country, wrong account, delete/close

I opened my account with a wrong country. I wish to close it but the reply is that I cannot close it. What do I do?

If its limited as you opened another countries paypal account then sadly you won't be able to close it.

Other than that contact customer services and see if they will close it for you.
