Just wanted to warn others experiencing difficulty setting up a merchant account to use PayPal as a payment gateway that the identity confirmation process is very glitchy and once you are blocked, you will get zero assistance from PayPal. I have been trying to get them to fix a glitch that makes it impossible for me to finish setting up my account. For the past two months, every few days, they send me back the exact same form message requesting more information, which I have already provided. I'm cancelling and going with a better and cheaper service.
