close PayPal account and reopen in future with same name/phone/address/financials

Hi, I had planned to close my PayPal account and wanted to know if I will be able to open a new account with the same information, phone number/home address/email/bank account?

I had seen some slightly conflicting information regarding this.

You may not be able to re-open the same account if the account is closed. However, if your PayPal account is closed you may open a new account with the same information.
