cant get to my account

Hi Sir, 

Since I removed an old card and was waiting few days to receive the new one suddenly, I could not enter my paypal account anymore. Started showing that I could not enter so they can not verify its me. I made a screen shot of that and I will attach to the file. 

Please help me. I am Paypal user since 2016.

You can contact our phone support team by clicking on Contact us at the bottom of the PayPal website and selecting Password and Account access > Login Problems, the Call us option will appear.
