i just create one new paypal account for my start up business in united kingdom,

but after i commplete my registration its got permanent limit i dont know why!
how to i resolved my issue?

So have you added a UK business address to your paypal account + UK bank accounts and cards + UK phone numbers etc?

Yes i have added my UK business address + phone number but before added my bank account / card i got limited from paypal.
