Hello, i want to close my acount because i dont need anymore but it shows Your account can’t be closed

likewise this side...they say that you must remove your account details but it does not seem to work

Hello, yep i want to remove my money from this acount and so one but i cant do that. Because they showing try again later and smh. Maybe my acount is frozen but dont know why? 😞
