Why i can't close my account

I want to close my account, and they said my account can't be closed because i have negative sold, in my account is 0.73 Euros.

Can't close with a negative or positive balance normally.

Can you send the funds to a mate or family member?

Or get someone to send you funds to make it up to the withdrawal amount so you can withdraw it.

If they use the friends/family option and fund it via a bank account there shouldn't be any fees.

I don't use it anymore, anyway i have 0.73 euro cents in my account, is not negative balance.

I know its not a negative balance which is why I gave you the above advice so you can get rid of it and close your account.
