i need help in transfering this account to greece because i made a mistake by selecting USA when creating my account at the start an now i cant add my national bank to collect my money
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country. Unlikely you can access funds in a paypal account issued by another country, your best bet is to let the payment go unclaimed when it should go back to the sender and they can send again to a paypal account you open in Greece.
