Hi Community

I am trying to get my Paypal account status verified but when I go on my Paypal account settings. It doesn't show any card option. Instead when I click on 'close account' it says 'there's something that needs to be resolved'. Please help

Try adding and confirming a visa credit card on your paypal account in South Africa.

I understand you would like some help with verifying your account.
