I am trying to turn two factor authorization off...I follow the steps...turn off then I exited my browser and turned computer off and on signed back in an two factor was still on?
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with the two factor authentication on your account. While you have the ability to turn off additional features the PayPal Security Key and mobile 2-step verification, PayPal may still at times ask you to perform some kind of two factor authentication for security reasons.
