G'day I'm trying to log into my account but I'm stuck at a page that asks to add a number but my account has my home phone number which is not mobile and when I enter said number its says its invalid but I know for a fact that paypal has my home number information because I was able to change my password and when it was changed my home phone received an automated call asking for a code for verification.
You need to have added a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account. Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
