Somehow, my US state has become my country...Georgia. How can I rectify this? Get my account from the international branch. Do I need to delete the account & start over?

Err you do know that there is a country called Georgia don't you?

So if you opened a paypal account and scrolled down and selected Georgia then you would have opened another countries paypal account.
