Paypay Account not verified

Scribie is saying that my PayPal account is not verified though I have a bank account and credit card linked to my account. I have completed also all necessary information including my ID, contact, and Address

I do understand your concern with this. To verify your PayPal account, you must add and confirm a bank account or card. 

As you have already added a bank and card, I would suggest you follow the steps here to confirm them. 

I would also advise you to make sure your email address is confirmed. This can be done by following the steps here. 

Once you have completed these, please try linking your account again.
