Paypal not letting me send a longer text on the message center? (around only 50 words)

As I saw the word limit is 10,000 but they only let me write like 50 words. It's so frustrating because I have something really urgent to contact them about, but I just can't send them a longer email. I tried both inside the app and on the browser (PC and phone).

Idk about the message center, but have you tried contacting them on facebook to get help from a customer service agent?

It'll probably work better if your issue is word count or whatever
