I created my personal account in Paypal USA, I provided the requested documents, but Paypal cannot verify the document because it cannot read. ITIN, EIN or Bank statement document requested from me. I upload all three of them to the system as I got them from official sources, but Paypal does not approve. Documents are original, IRS sent or bank sent. I do not know what to do. How can I solve this problem?
