Other ways of verifying an account

I would like to ask everyone if there are other ways of verifying an account as I have been trying to verify my card but it kept on saying

"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

It has been a week since I try to verify my card and that keep on happening.

I suggest you please clear your browser cache, cookies and then follow these steps to verify your account.
