I've tried for over a year now to stop Paypal from sending direct mailings for their Paypal Working Capital. All my options for contact on my Paypal account are turned off but I can't get off this one list. I saw Paypal's answer to someone else with a similar request to use chat or messenging, or to uncheck my options for mailings (already unchecked) and nothing has stopped these mailings. A Paypal agent on the chat said they would stop it. I even uploaded a photo of the mailing so they could see that a separate direct mail service from Bellmawr, NJ has this list. There is no return address on the envelope to send them a direct message. I've even replied back using the advertised load application address. It's ridiculous and a total waste of paper, not to mention filling my mailbox. Is there any way to stop this one particular mailing? I don't get any others just this one.
