My PayPal account is temporarily limited, and I need assistance resolving this issue

Recently, my PayPal account was temporarily limited without specific details provided, and despite reaching out to customer support, they were unable to offer additional information or assistance. They advised me to wait for PayPal to contact me, but it has been more than two weeks now.
This is the massage I have in my account:
"Until further notice, we’ve temporarily limited your PayPal account in accordance with our User Agreement. At this time, we are unable to provide more info about the limitation on your account.
Some of your account features will be blocked until this matter is resolved."
I would greatly appreciate any advice !
