I have been locked out of the PayPal app all of a sudden. My login details are correct but it keeps telling me to Check my information. Anyone have an ideas as to how to resolve this?

Hello, I am only writing this for the support team, confirming the same error as the rest of the users.
I have an iPad Pro, an iPhone, and a computer, all with their OS up to date.
Today (March 1), I can't log in to my account on iPad. No problem on my iPhone or my computer (Firefox web). I deleted the app on the iPad to reinstall it again, but the problem is still there.
On my computer I have tried to change the password (20 characters: letters, numbers and some special characters). I have seen that my old password contained special characters that are not in the list, and I thought that could be the problem, so I have only used special characters from your list. But no, after changing the password, the error persists on the iPad. So this confirms that it is your problem. I hope that this data will help you to solve this issue.

I can logon to Paypal on all devices and browsers except for the ipad Paypal app. Neither password or pin works.

Sorry, when I said 'your problem' I meant PayPal, not other users, so the issue is not resolved. Ok?

I have been having problems all day with the app and have done everything the same as others have but still can’t get into app to work. PayPal please rectify.

Same problem here. Called this morning and they said it was an issue and they were working on it.
Logged in later in the day, it worked.
Just tried again around an hour ago, didn’t work. Called again and agent said the engineer resolved the problem.
well, not mine. Will try again tomorrow and call again.
