I am trying to close my account. I intend to reopen an account afterwards.
I know it seems daft, but for me to settle this in my head, this is how I need to do it. Sorry!
I have tried to close my account, but when I click close account, it shows this issue.
When I click 'email us' it just takes me to the community forum.
As far as I can see, I don't have anything in the account...I have an available balance of £500, but is this not just what I could use if I wanted? It's not what I owe anyone?
