I've just created my paypall acc on pc, i've entered my name, phone, email etc, also I add my ID card number(I'm from Ukraine) and linked a card. it was verified (?) by freezing some money for a while as i understand. but I'm not sure if my account is verified totally? do i need to upload my documents or else (and where I can do it), and am I able to receive money on my new paypal wallet (I have personal account) ?
Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link. https://www.paypal.com/ua/smarthelp/article/faq4646
However the friends/family option is not available in every country. So not all countries would be able to send you payments.
