I have trouble adding another email to my account

I can't add email to my Paypal account. It is telling me we can't process your request now. It has been 3 days now . Somebody help me

I am sorry to know that you have trouble adding an email ID. To keep you informed, you will not be able to overwrite an existing one or remove and add another. 

Here is how you can add another email ID. Please refer to this link and make the necessary changes on your account.
