I have confirmed my emails and number and linked my bank account still not verified. why?

Hey, Please I have done all the required things to be verified, I confirmed my emails and Phone number and I have linked my bank account however, my account is yet to be verified please someone should help.

Did you confirm the bank account after adding it?

Is it in your name and issued in your country?

Have you added and confirmed a visa credit card?

I have done everything even deducted my money from my bank after I received message  that my account withdrawal limited has been lifted that I can start withdrawing any amount.
