I cant change My account name even I followed The instructions

Was trying To change My PP account name with My full name instead of My nickname however system doesnt allowed me To even I followed The instructions carefully.

If the nickname was a genuine part of your name eg Rich instead of Richard then you may be able to change it.

However if it had nothing to do with your real name then you won't be able to change it unfortunately.
