I sell raffle tickets online for a charity oncde a year. I used to be able to see the email addresses of the people buying tickets, and I would email their tickets. I no longer see the email addresses in the transactions. I presume this is a change in paypal since I last did this. DOes anyone know? Is there a way to see them still?
thanks

Hi @juliecul,
Welcome to the PayPal Community!
PayPal wants to make sure that all users feel safe and secure when using our services. PayPal no longer provides the email address of buyers directly to the recipient.
If you use a PayPal payment button on your website, you should be able to edit it to allow a note from the buyer. If you don't have a PayPal payment button, you can visit the Help Center to view steps on how to add a PayPal payment button to your website.
I hope this helps!
Joy
