I understand you would like to downgrade your PayPal account. We can help with an account downgrade after reviewing the following:
1. Your account is not linked to any legal entity or registered business/company.
2. You do not have any account limitations or requests for information. You can check if you have any limitations on your PayPal Resolution Center. Once you visit your Resolution Centre, click on 'Go To Account Limitations'.
If neither of the above points are applicable to you, you can send a downgrade request through your Message Center. You may also contact us via Twitter @AskPayPal or Facebook.
