How do I close my PayPal affiliation?

PayPal will not let me close my account because of issues they claim are issues,  these are their issues to deal with but they won't so again how do I close my account.  They will not let me take my credit card off their server either.  But these **bleep** don't know, that the card left on their server they are keeping hostage is null and void.   So I am not afraid of them **bleep** me any more since they have no way of taking any of my money

How do I close my PayPal account?

To close your PayPal account:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Under Account options, click Close your account.
3. Follow the instructions.

Note

• Before you close your PayPal account, remove any financial information (card and bank account).
• Withdraw money from your PayPal account to your bank account.
• All pending payments will be automatically canceled.
• To manually close your account, you must be logged into the PayPal website. This functionality is not available on the PayPal app.
