How can i remove an email address in an account with "limited access"?

Hi, i have an account with limited access that i don't use because i have another account which can actually do something. However, i want to move the email i'm using on the bad account to the good account, which i can't do since it's being used in the bad account. So i'm trying to delete the bad account, but it just says "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service." when i click on Close Your Account. Looking at the network response it says this (among some other things that don't seem useful)

 A similar thing happens if i try to add a new email address (so i can remove the one i want to use in the good account), but this time it returns a 400 code with this error

 The main reason i want to take that email account is that that address is now the address i use so i keep confusing which address i have used for the good account.

I understand that you are unable to remove the email address or close the account. Contacting our PayPal customer support directly is the best way to fix this problem.
