If possible, please help me on this issue: "How can I verify my Tax ID if I don't have US Tax ID, I'm non-US citizen."
I have used my US type Paypal account in nearly 10 years.
Last year, I have successfully verified my account.
This year, I was asked to verify, but I could not contact any support man.
Could you guys please give me an advise?
Or if there are some support men here, please help me.
