Ebay have told me I can't use PayPal anymore?

Ebay have told me it's no longer possible to use PayPal as a payment option is this right I could up until today!!?

Managed Payments is eBay's new payment system for sellers and the buyers can still use PayPal as a payment method to complete the payment in eBay. You can learn more about the accepted payment methods in eBay here.
