Cyrillic to Latin name translation

Hi, 

 

Need to translate my first and second name from Cyrillic to Latin.

Have done several queries via Setting -> Account -> Change Name with respective documents in Latin attached, but that did not work. 

 

Please advise on how can this issue be resolved.
