Hello Team,
I requested this a month and a half ago and have not received my response. I demand my account be shut down immediately. I gave you ample time for this and now I'm tired of waiting. Shut down my account.

Then contact customer services, we can't do anything as this is a community user to user advice forum.
HOWEVER if your account is limited in anyway then it can't be closed.
Advice is voluntary.
