Can same email ID be used for new PayPal account after closing old PayPal account

Hi, my PayPal account was made in USA. Now I want my account to belong to an address in India. If I cancel my USA Paypal account, can I make my India PayPal account with the same email ID?

If you can close it then yes you should be able to.

However you may have issues as you should really close accounts before you move.

I would also advise allowing 72 hours and clearing cookies/cache etc before opening the new one.
