Hello, I want to recover my PayPal account but I always got this message # All our agents are currently offline. Please try again during business hours. They will return on Thursday, 10 November 2022 at 09 h 00 min 00 s Central European Standard Time# Even i contacted them on the business hours i cant find agents to help me and i couldn't call them because we don't have PayPal customers in my country so the only option left is the message option
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out). 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Twitter/instagram don't have the option to recover accounts In my country there is no way to contact PayPal here in phone The only left option is to message them but they're always offline
