Account name

My account name is under my dads name but with all my information for everything else. Will this work when i prove my identity? Can i change the name?

The account belongs to your dad then, and you can't change the legal owner of a paypal account.

Your best bet is to let your dad use that account and you can open one in your new name, if you are over 18?
