Account holder name changing

Hello there, 

I am using my ex-girlfriend's Paypal account (we created it together under her name, with my own e-mail and using my own credits card) and now Paypal asks me ID verification; I cannot get necessary documents from my ex-GF and I cannot verify my ID - the account is frozen now? There is a balance in my Paypal account I cannot withdraw it either (which came from my own business) - how can I fix this issue?

You can't share personal accounts, a personal account belongs to the person registered on it and all their details should be added to it.

Any I.D information sent should be in the name of the account holder.
