Account Verification Trouble

Trying to give paypal my bank statement to verify my account, but paypal tells me the file size is too small.

Afterwards, I tried to take a screenshot of the relevant information in my bank statement because I knew that would meet the file size requirement, but then paypal says that it doesn't include enough info.
Maybe if you'd let me send you the whole document, you'd get the info you want.

Have tried to contact someone via the messaging service, but always seem to miss the business hours (the bot tells me when they start, but not when they end???).
Help appreciated because I can't stand phone calls and I'm going to try anything else before trying that.

Welcome to the Community! 

If you're getting an error message saying “Your file is too small. Please try again", then as you're aware, the file you uploaded is too small. The minimum size we can accept is 30kb. 

Before uploading your new document to us, check the document: 

• Doesn't have a glare - turn off your flash.
• Is dated within the past 12 months, if it's a proof of address.
• Is legible.
• Shows all four corners of the document ​
• Doesn’t have information blocked out or covered ​
