Account Inacessible

Hi,

I had created a PayPal account. But I had been fooled by someone, tricking me to give him the security code. He reset the password and changed the phone number and password. I have been trying to reset the password but there is the only option of text message verification. After a few months, I tried again but this time, it is giving an error "Something went wrong on our end, please try again".

Please help me!

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.

I stopped using my account for a very long time. When I tried to login now it's not opening. I contacted PayPal Team themselves after asking few questions I was told that my account has limitations and I don't know what that is. I want to have access to my account again

I tried to call via an online service "TextNow" but failed....

I can not dial international calls in any other way.....

Is there any other solution?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Thank you very much for the prompt reply!

I tried them contacting them via social media pages and chat but they told me that the only solution for this is by calling PayPal.

As I have stated earlier, I can not dial international calls and "TextNow" service was good but the audio quality was not up to the mark to make communication possible.

 

P.S My English is not that much fluent that I could communicate with them, so I am a bit hesitant also.... 😅😅😅
