ok so i opened a new bank account and got a new debit card and decided to start selling on ebay with a fresh account, opened a paypal account managed to add the bank account and they have stated they have sent me a 0.01 and i need to check the 4 digit code to verify but when i try to add the card i got with the bank account paypal say i need to check with my card issuer as to why they refusing it???? i have already been into the bank to get it activated this morning so cant understand it why i can not use my natwest card???
