verification not working

So its saying I have reached my limit, when I click on any links it has 3 things to do all with a line threw them and a tick next to it to say its been done, however its not letting me do anything and my limit still has not been lifted. If someone could help me with this it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you finish off the verification by adding your bank account and then the 4 digit code?

I have just now found out I had not typed the 4 digits or the 2 amounts in, so I checked my bank statement from the day it said I received the sent the transactions and there is nothing there.??

Well that was what i suggested......when did they send the code as it takes up to a week to show up on your bank statement.

so it turns out they sent it to me in 2011 but to a bank account i no longer have, so how do i get them to send a new one to my current bank account because the option is not there for me, the only option i have is typing in the 4 letter code??

When you added the bank account you now have on your paypal account they would have sent it at the same time you added it.
