i have contacted paypal , but why would they link me to a account ive never seen before ,
im a new customer and my experiance with paypal has been terrible ,, they keep replying with a auto response , wont answer with a real person , really annoying and unprofesinal , if they dont unhold my cash i promise i will take them to small claims court
