receiving limits not lifting although every step if fullfilled

Its been more than a month now trying to get a reply regarding the receiving limit placed on my business account.
i've completed all the required steps for limit lift & there is a green tick against everything paypal asked for and i 've also received an email from paypal saying:
"We have completed our review of your PayPal account and your account
receiving limits have been removed."
but the limits are still there...more than a month now!!!
Can you help me because we can't because we can't receive payments for our customers.
