received limits not lifted after ive provided info

i had to lift my limits due to me reaching them i have provided all information required it says i have 134 days to resolve this otherwise my account will be restricted but when i go into the resolution centre it doesnt say what information i need to provide its all 'ticked'

but then back on account overview the message is still there for me to resolve

From the timeframe you have provided it sounds like you have a warning for your receiving limit.

As its just a warning they do take up to 30 days to be reviewed and removed. If you reach your limit and your account becomes limited then the review will complete within 24-72 hours.

You’ll be updated as soon as the review has take place. If you have completed the steps then just pass the request for more information when you log in.
